What does “cropping” a photo do?

Cropping a photo allows you to create a smaller “thumbnail” version of your photo. Thumbnails make it easier for us to present member photos. The full version of your photo is still available to those who click on the thumbnail version.

How long does it take for my profile and photos to be approved?

Usually, approval occurs within 24 hours. Sometimes, however, it can take up to 48. Please note that users that submit a larger number of photos are given priority processing.

How do I give another member permission to view my private photos?

At the bottom of a message box, you will see an option marked "Grant Permission to View Private Photos." Check this box, and the member you are corresponding with will be able to view your photos. To revoke permission, uncheck the box.

How do I take away another member’s permission to see my private photos?

To revoke permission, you can do so under the "Photos" tab using the "Private Permissions" link.

What is the effect of blocking another member?

Blocking another member restricts them from sending you messages or Winks.

I’m a Sugar Daddy/Sugar Mommy. Why can’t I access my mailbox?

Reading or sending messages and Winks requires a Premium Account (click here to upgrade). If you have a Premium Account and cannot access your mailbox, please contact Customer Support.

If I delete my account, can I ever get it back?

Yes! Your old profile information will still be there, but you will need to upload a new photo. Please note that your messages, favorites, and the records of 1) those you have viewed and 2) those who have viewed you cannot be restored. To start the process, please contact Customer Support and provide the email address you previously used to access the account.

To better match members based on the lifestyle they expect or can afford, we have added the Lifestyle Expectation field for Sugar Baby members, and the Lifestyle Budget field for Sugar Daddy members. Expectations can vary from help paying everyday bills and tuition to lavish nights out on the town at the finest venues. Here is a general guideline for how to define what you are expecting or can afford in an arrangement:

If I delete my account, can I use the same email address to make another account?

No. Our system does not allow for more than one account to be registered to the same email address. Instead, to get your account restored, please contact Customer Support and provide the email address you previously used to access the account.

If your profile is displaying in a language other than English, you can fix this easily by scrolling to the very bottom of the page and clicking on the US flag. This will change your account back to English.

When I try to view my Profile, I get an error message that says, “Profile Not Available.”

This happens when you try to view your own profile through a link found in one of your messages. Please click the “Profile” tab instead. If the issue persists even when you click the Profile tab, please contact Customer Support.
